ATM on Twitter

Age of digitalisation and social networks could not miss an official account of ATM (public transport company in Milan).
Indeed, just last 
Monday ATM has landed on Twitter, @atm_informa, starting to tweet with the Milanese commuters and students traveling on bus, tram and subway.
An information channel updated in real-time is obviously a great way to confront each other quickly.
The President of ATM, Bruno Rota, explains the new initiative: "It is an effort to be closer to our customers".
Today at 2.15 pm there are already 1.509 followers!
What do you think about it? Do you think it will be a difficult task for community managers who run the profile?

Nell'era della digitalizzazione e dei social network non poteva mancare un account ufficiale di ATM (azienda trasporti milanesi).

Infatti proprio lunedì senza grosse presentzioni ATM è sbarcata su Twitter, @atm_informa, iniziando a cinguettare con i pendolari milanesi che ogni giorno viaggia su bus, tram e metrò. 

Ovviamente un canale informativo aggiornato in tempo reale sulla situazione è un ottimo strumento per confrontarsi rapidamente. “

Il presidente di ATM, Bruno Rota, spiega così la nuova iniziativa: "È uno sforzo per stare più vicini ai nostri utenti".
