Free medical exams in pharmacies in Milan

Also this year City of Milan and the Lions promote preventive health care. Between 6th of April and 7th of June people who live in Milan will be able to be screened free of charge at the community pharmacies in Milan. The examinations, conducted by volunteer doctors, are checking of eyes, hearing, breathing, and osteoporosis.
In this way, the City of Milan produces medical interventions for people who for the most part of the time for economic reasons are usually less attentive to prevention.

Last year in Milan and in some neighboring municipalities have been performed 15,000 screening.

Comune di Milano e i Lions promuovono anche quest anno la prevenzione sanitaria. Dal 6 aprile al 7 giugno sarà  possibile sottoporsi a screening gratuiti presso le farmacie comunali milanesi. Gli esami previsti, condotti da medici volontari, sono il controllo della vista, dell’udito, del respiro e dell’osteoporosi.
In questo modo il Comune di Milano realizza sul territorio interventi medici di qualità a favore delle persone che per la maggior parte delle volte per ragioni economiche sono di solito meno attente alla prevenzione.
Si può prenotare lo screening direttamente presso la farmacia comunale che ha aderito all’iniziativa oppure contattandola telefonicamente. L’elenco delle farmacie e il programma delle visite sono consultabili al sito www.farmaciapertutti.it.
Lo scorso anno a Milano e in alcuni Comuni limitrofi sono stati effettuati 15.000 screening.
