The transport of bicycles on public transport in Milan, which began on an experimental basis last October on subway lines 2 and 3, from 4 May 2013 will enter in a new phase with the extension to the lines M1, M5 and trams numbers 7 and 31.
From this date, the cyclists will be able to bring their own bike free in all the subway networks from Monday to Friday, from the beginning of the service at 7.00 am, from 10.30 am to 4.00 pm and from 8,00 pm until the end of service on Saturdays and Sundays access for bikes will be free for the whole day.
Not only subway, the bikes will go up, for the first time in the history of public transport in Milan, also on board the tram: tram lines numbers 7 and 31. You can transport your bike from the start of the service at 7,00 am and from 8,00 pm at the end of racing, all day on Saturdays and Sundays.
The trial will be suspended in accordance with Regulation of Atm, in December 2013.

Il trasporto delle biciclette sui mezzi pubblici, iniziato in via sperimentale lo scorso ottobre sulle linee 2 e 3 della metropolitana, dal 4 maggio 2013 entrerà in una nuova fase con l'estensione anche alle linee M1, M5 e ai tram 7 e 31.
A partire da questa data i ciclisti potranno portare gratuitamente la propria bici su tutta la rete metropolitana dal lunedì al venerdì, dall'inizio del servizio alle 7,00, dalle 10,30 alle 16,00 e dalle 20,00 fino al termine del servizio mentre il sabato e la domenica l'accesso per le bici sarà gratuito per tutto il giorno.
Non solo metrò, le bici potranno salire, per la prima volta nella storia del trasporto pubblico milanese, anche a bordo dei tram: linee tram 7 e 31. Per i mezzi di superficie il trasporto sarà consentito dall'inizio del servizio alle 7,00 e dalle 20,00 al termine delle corse; tutto il giorno il sabato e la domenica.
La sperimentazione verrà sospesa, secondo il regolamento Atm, nel mese di dicembre.
