The magical world of butterflies

Have you already decide what to do on Sunday 19th of May? If you have no idea, I remember you that Viridea organizes a day dedicated to the magical world of butterflies: a meeting during which adults and children can get close to these amazing creatures.
Participants will have the opportunity to follow a Teaching Laboratory to learn the life cycle of butterflies and their environmental value in an interactive way, through artwork, questions and answers.
You will also learn how to attract butterflies in your garden through the cultivation of some species of plants with a scent appeals to these creatures.
Children can express their creativity through the many materials available and be inspired by the wonderful colors of butterflies.
At 5 pm the participants will have the opportunity to witness a spectacular flight of butterflies releasing 50 specimens of native species.
At the end they will give to each one the certificate for their contribution to the project "Adopt a Butterfly" and a packet of seeds to grow one of the plants that attract butterflies.
The meeting is free and open to all, as I mentioned it will be held on Sunday the 19th of May 2013 from 3 pm to 5,30 pm at the Viridea Garden Center of Cusago.
