Reading about pickpockets and new gems of technology,
today I came across this news.
This morning on the trolley bus 91 an Albanian boy was able to pull out an iPhone from a pocket of the jacket of a girl. The bus was full of passengers. Matter of a few seconds and the girl could not find her iPhone.
So she activated the function of geolocation and the stolen iPhone was geolocated in a bar in Piazzale Susa.
They warn the police and the agents could find it while they were controlling the suspected man of the theft. The criminal was arrested thanks to the girls!

Parlando dei borseggiatori e delle nuove chicche della tecnologia, oggi
mi sono imbattuta su questa notizia.
Stamattina sul filobus 91 dell’ATM un ragazzo albanese è riuscito a
sfilare un iPhone dalla tasca della giacca di una ragazza. Il mezzo era pieno
di passeggeri. Questione di qualche secondo e la ragazza non trovava più il suo
iPhone.
Così dal cellulare dell’amica riesce ad attivare il geolocalizzatore e l’iPhone
rubato viene geolocalizzato in un bar di Piazzale Susa.
Avvertono così la polizia e gli agenti controllando l’uomo sospettato del
furto trovano nella tasca dell’uomo il cellulare rubato. Il malvivente viene
arrestato anche grazie alle due ragazze!
